The Pontification Post: July 2012

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE HERE

Back in the last century before even SyFy was SciFi, way back when Star Wars was a wonder and Libraries were Information Highway; I was experiencing a life which would qualify me for The Big Bang Theory. I had used to Publish something we called a "Fanzine". That went the way of polyester leisure suits and typewriters but I never stopped thinking (that's good, huh?) and writing in a journal or trying to write stories.

I still journal, still scribble at stories, I am still confused or amused by people and the world, and like all good peoples, I got ideas and Opinions.

My good friend Miles Long has urged me to get a blog space. Miles is in the undernet, of course, though he's so famous now I can't see the point. He was persuasive and allayed most of my trepidation by pointing out that the internet (esp. the WWW) is a mammoth cesspool with a few gems floating about.

This space is like my journals or my imagination and interior monologue. It's also like the Internet: unreliable, brazenly disregarding facts or reality. This is my space, you don't like it, go get your own.

Of course your would reveal yourself to be exceptional and superior of you do like it now and again. Go ahead, I won't stop you with my god-like powers over this presentation layer.
